Classes

Sazón's state-of-the-art kitchen is tucked into the back of the store, just off the courtyard. All the cabinets are painted a soft gray blue, and the tables and chairs are white. It’s crisp and welcoming.

For smaller classes, stools nestle up to the counter so you have a birds-eye view. For larger classes, you’ll sit at comfortable bistro tables and you won’t miss a thing - there’s an overhead mirror and television monitors that help you see every detail. Beautiful copper pots, artisan tiles and pottery pepper the walls and shelves. And every class includes an ample tasting and a full recipe packet.

We pride ourselves on finding wonderful teachers. They not only create memorable food; they do so with charm and intelligence. Our classes bring kudos and students leave with tips, techniques and a bevy of recipes that will amaze their friends and family. 

Classes are generally held from 11 am to 1 pm and include complete recipe packet and tasting of dishes demonstrated.

Private classes or events for groups are available upon request.

Class and Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY EACH RESERVATION
Space is limited. If the class is full, your name may be placed on a waiting list.

We will refund tuition for your cancellation up to 48 hours before the class. Cancellations less than 48 hours before class will be issued as a store credit.

All cooking class prices include IVA (15 % Federal tax.)

All classes are demonstration style with tastes of the foods prepared, including a Sazón market bag and recipes.
