Tableware
Some examples of tableware found at Sazon are: Cazuela (kah.SWAY-la) is the traditional terra cotta cookware of Mexico. Cazuelas are found in every kitchen.
As beautiful as they are versatile, these cooking vessels are favored by chefs because they distribute heat evenly and retain it much longer than ordinary pans. Because the clay is porous, when saturated with water and heated in an oven, a cazuela provides slow evaporation of steam from its pores, creating a moist, enclosed environment for tender, healthy foods that go from oven to table.
Take a cooking class at Sazon and learn how Chef Gonzolo Martinez spices up his versions of Moles, Charro beans or Pipian in his favorite cazuela.
